Join us in Celebrating Our Sister

Those of you who have been following us from the start know that our existence is thanks to our big sister, Ella, who left her Earthly body in August 2021. We shared many of the lessons learned from her during the first year of this Substack account.

Mom immortalized Ella and 40 of the most important lessons she learned from her during their 15+ years together in the book, Pawsitive Perspectives: Life Lessons From the Shelter Dog Who Became Queen. The book is written from Ella’s point of view because Mom knew she wouldn’t have it any other way. She also published the book’s Companion Journal to help readers apply the 40 lessons to their own lives.

To celebrate Ella, her book, and the many lessons humans can learn from their pets, we invite you to join us on a 10-week journey. Starting next week, we’ll share one piece of Ella’s wisdom each Tuesday and Thursday on our Instagram page, Wild Western Wanderers. Mom will share them too, on her business account, Firefly Community on Instagram and Firefly Yoga Community on Facebook.

We invite you to join the fun. During this time, Mom will also host a Stories Behind the Lessons Author Q&A Live on Facebook on Tuesday, October 21, at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
